Who are we? Well, my name is Christoph and my family has a history of heart related problems - including high cholesterol. I never really spend much thinking about these kind of things until about 6 months ago when I had a physical at my doctor's. I am 38 years old at the time I am writing this. I think I better start looking at these things a little closer now.

As I run a couple of websites, I decided I should build one about Cholesterol, too and use my findings to fill the site with content.
