Guy's Tofu Potato Side Dish
Try this great side-dish when dealing with high cholesterol. "Guy's Tofu Potatoes are delicious and healthy.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 lb. firm tofu, cut into small cubes
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seeds, optional
- 1/2 tsp. Italian herb seasoning, optional
Heat oil in a heavy skillet. Add tofu, potatoes, salt, pepper, mustard seed, and Italian seasoning. Cook over medium to low-medium heat, stirring frequently, until potatoes are cooked (can be easily pierced with a fork).
